Export Google Keep to PDF

Import into PDF
You get: A PDF via Print → Save as PDF, or a self-contained HTML archive you can print later.
- Drop your Takeout zip, choose PDF, and press “Print / Save as PDF”.
- In the print dialog choose “Save as PDF”. Tick “Page per note” first if you want one note per page.
- Want to keep a searchable copy too? Download the HTML archive — it is one file with every note and image.

Good to know
- Very large exports (thousands of photos) may take a while to render; filter by label to print in batches.
Getting the export from Google
Open Google Takeout, deselect everything, select Keep, and create a zip export. Google emails a download link; the zip contains a Takeout/Keep folder. Drop that zip above. Full walkthrough: how to export Google Keep.
Questions
- Can I get one PDF per note?
- The print view makes one document. Filter by label or search first to print a subset; per-note files are not produced.
- Does it work on a phone?
- Yes. Mobile Chrome and Safari both offer Save as PDF in the print/share sheet.
